Lo stesso fatto che al momento del voto non venga richiesto un documento di identificazione la dice lunga sulla legislazione di una nazione destinata al declino.
Ed in una nazione destinata al declino non stupisce che possa essere per ben due volte eletto un personaggio che dal 1991 al 2009 abbia sperimentato il fallimento 6 volte di Hotel e Casinò.
