ANCORA UNA " STRANA " TENTAZIONE DI TORNARE ALL' OMERTA'

Eppure ieri a Rocca di Papa la burocrate di turno ci ha provato ancora. Fortuna ha voluto che, motu proprio, l'energico

PRESIDENTE DEL CONSIGLIO COMUNALE

MASSIMILIANO CALCAGNI

abbia ribadito quella che io considero una perla delle Amministrazioni recentemente succedutesi nel governo della cittadina : consentire la libera divulgazione dei lavori senza lacci e lacciuoli burocratici. E di cose interessanti ce ne erano diverse da ascoltare.

Cose che, senza una libera possibilità di portarle fuori dall' aula consiliare, sarebbero rimaste nell' oblio dell' omertà.

Di cosa si ha timore ?

Della possibilità di manipolazione di un filmato ? Santo cielo, ma cosa c'è di più veritiero di un filmato ? O forse è miglior cosa un articolo di giornale, questo si lasciato al libero arbitrio dell' estensore ? Ma poi, ove fosse, non c'è la legge  ad individuare e stabilire la pena per il manipolatore ?

Ecco quindi divenire pubblico ciò che è avvenuto nella prima fase dell'assise.

Già, perchè in verita io presenziavo per aver notizie del finanziamento posto al punto 2 dell' ODG. Ma di questo dirò in altro articolo che titolerò secondo i desiderata della Consigliera Silvia Marika SCIAMPLICOTTI :
