OTTIME LE NUOVE GARANZIE PRESTATE
Qualcuno ha eccepito che nella sentenza 18/2019 della
SUPREMA CORTE
ci si riferisca ad un Comune in pre - dissesto; eccezione di poca sostanza se solo si pensa che in Consiglio Comunale l' Assessore al Bilanciò espose le motivazioni per le quali la richiesta di pre - dissesto per un Comune bombardato per la seconda volta ( stavolta non dagli Alleati ma dalla GATTOPARDI AIR FORCE ) avrebbe reso possibile il tentativo di risanamento dei conti con minor affanno. Eccezione incredibile se solo si pensa al " cancro " della STS AZIENDA SPECIALE
per ora solo a carico dei dipendenti; eccezione incredibile ancora solo a considerare lo stato comatoso della liquidazione della STS MULTISERVIZI SRL, ormai uscita dai radar con i suoi 6,5 milioni di euro di LAVORI IN CORSO ed i bilanci 2017 e 2018 ancora nel limbo, salve mie sviste al riguardo. Quanto poi agli ultimi
" ingaggi part-time "
forse sarebbe stato opportuno una più selettiva scelta in Civitavecchia !

Someone has objected that in sentence 18/2019 of the
SUPREME COURT
refers to a Municipality in pre - disarray; exception of little substance if only you think that in Council City Councilor Bilanciò exposed the reasons for which the request for pre - dissolution for a municipality bombarded for the second time (this time not by the Allies but by GATTOPARDI AIR FORCE) would have made possible attempt to reorganize the accounts with less anxiety. Exceptional exception if you only think of the "cancer" of the STS SPECIAL COMPANY
for now only for employees; Exception is still only to consider the comatose state of liquidation of STS MULTISERVIZI SRL, now out of the radar with its 6.5 million euro WORKS IN PROGRESS and the budgets 2017 and 2018 still in limbo, subject to my oversights in this regard.
As for the last ones "part-time engagements" perhaps a more selective choice would have been appropriate in Civitavecchia.
