Forse, anzi sicuramente, sarò io che non riesco a farmi capire, ma nessuno risponde alla domanda regina : perchè il POPOLO BUE FRASCATANO deve sopportare la spesa di circa 800/900 euro per ogni bambino che fruisce degli ASILI NIDO COMUNALI D'ORO quando un privato offre lo stesso servizio al massimo a 500/560 euro al mese ?
E visto che il problema potrebbe avere valenza nazionale, perchè nessun magistrato getta uno sguardo su quello che ha mio giudizio è un enorme sperpero di pubbliche risorse ...... nella migliore delle ipotesi ?
Ultima ratio, non si potrebbero affittare i due plessi scolastici ad un privato riservandosi i 120 posti a costi di mercato ?
