UN DANNO ERARIALE DI MILIONI DI EURO
Questa è una storia che inizia 10 anni fa. Dieci anni nel corso dei quali, a mio avviso, la predazione è stata violenta. Una storia della quale, tuttavia, nessuno degli amministratori comunali ha mai parlato nell' Assise Comunale.
IN ILLO TEMPORE ..... all' inizio della 3a sindacatura Gattoparda eravamo CAMPIONI DEL MONDO e questo dette lo spunto all' articolo su quest'opera.

Un anonimo, evidentemente ben informato, al riguardo commentò :

area di 2800 mq, 900 mq di struttura coperta, i 60 bambini non hanno un giardino, ma un parco giochi!!!
CIRCA 11.000 €/ANNO A BAMBINO !
Euro più euro meno, ammonta a 112.000 euro mensili il bonifico del Comune alle casse della COOPSELIOS e della CIRFOOD per la gestione e la somministrazione dei pasti ai due plessi scolastici.
Da 10 anni gli ASILI NIDO COMUNALI D'ORO offrono materia di riflessione.
- Come mai lo stesso servizio viene offerto da privati ad un costo pari alla metà di quanto il Comune di Frascati eroga alla ATI che vede capofila la Coop che li gestisce ?
- Come mai la struttura viene messa gratuitamente a disposizione del gestore ?
Sono queste le domande che ho posto al trilaureato Paolo Magli che è rimasto del pari perplesso. E di rimando ha posto a me una domanda :
- Che fine fanno i 600.000 euro di maggior costo annuale che da 10 anni finiscono a Reggio Emilia ?
Nessuno degli amministratori comunali in questo decennio eletti si è posto il problema. Nessuno ha risposto alle sollecitazioni sullo stesso, nonostante sia palese che potrebbe configurarsi un
danno erariale a scapito della comunità.
Ma nel prosieguo della conversazione un nuovo spunto di riflessione è salito alla ribalta oltre l'esosità della gestione e la gratuità dei due plessi scolastici messi a disposizione.
Forse la risposta dell' Amministrazione andrebbe data ai
DIPENDENTI della STS AZIENDA SPECIALE
E ancora non si vede un bando di gara a 196 giorni dalla scadenza della proroga della proroga !
