per non correre rischi ho dovuto sparare le giuste cartucce. E così due avvocati di grido furono fatti giungere dall' AMERIKA. Uno, di provata esperienza in ricorsi presso la Corte Suprema; l' altro un affermato consulente di una multinazionale dell' informatica.
Già, perchè il querelante, vista gettata al macero la querela frutto della masturbazione mentale, aveva insistito nell' azione con a voi tutti evidente la perdita di tempo per i magistrati occupati in questo teatrino . E aveva rincarato la dose, mi dice il malcapitato.
Per una questione di LUCIDATURA DI CORNA genericamente lanciata aveva chiesto la perquisizione della sua abitazione ( del querelato ), il sequestro di tutti i computer e l'oscuramento mediatico di ogni pubblicazione sui social forum. Ecco il perchè del secondo , costosissimo avvocato.
CHIEDETEVI QUANTO COSTA QUESTO AMBARADAN ALLE CASSE PUBBLICHE
D'altronde non poteva mandarla a tarallucci e vino un
VALENTISSIMO PRINCIPE DEL FORO !
Che figura ci avrebbe fatto con la sua clientela di rango ?
Una GRANDE BANCA LOCALE della quale era socio ( posta in liquidazione e assorbita da un'altra banca con gravi perdite per gli azionisti ), una MULTISERVIZI di gran nome ( finita in liquidazione con perdite da capogiro ) e poi GRANDI BANKIERI INTERNAZIONALI ( emigrati verso altri lidi ) e chissà quant'altro !
Allora, riepilogando, due magistrati al primo giro, uno al secondo, cancellieri e Carabinieri per le notifiche, due avvocati per l'accusa, due avvocati amerikani per la difesa. E vi lamentate se con tutta questa sabbia il motore della macchina ancora funzioni ?
TUTTO QUESTO PER UN VERDETTO CHE NON AMMETTE REPLICHE
Vi rimane qualche interrogativo, qualche curiosità e lo capisco.
Ma chi saranno gli attori di questa storia ?
Ma perchè questo tentativo d' intimidazione indirizzato a quel povero BLOGGER che in fondo null' altro faceva che denunciare il malgoverno e il MAGNA MAGNA ?
