Come già detto la qualità c'è e difetta in ogni genere di attività umana. E se la gran parte dei magistrati e degli avvocati svolge egregiamente, con competenza ed onestà il proprio lavoro, basta poco per mandare al collasso una GIUSTIZIA poco rispondente alle necessità della modernità di una evoluzione irruenta.
E' come per il motore di una macchina ; basta qualche granello di sabbia nell' olio che lo lubrifica e i pistoni si rigano e la potenza va a farsi fottere. Nel casus belli un avvocato poco avveduto ignorava che gettando della benzina su una sigaretta accesa questa si spegne e non accade nulla. Ma quando non ce n'è ...........il
VALENTISSIMO PRINCIPE DEL FORO
non volle sentir ragioni e, a quanto mi si racconta, volle a tutti i costi procedere alla querela per diffamazioni e minacce dell' improvvido blogger. E non volle sentir ragioni neppure quando il GIP, presa visione dei fatti, decise per l' archiviazione del caso.
A questo punto, a voler fare di conto, abbiamo un PRINCIPE FORENSE, un PUBBLICO MINISTERO, qualche CANCELLIERE e un GIP occupati a valutare la gravità dei reati, con l'ausilio di qualche CARABINIERE impegnato nelle notifiche.
Già .... perchè il NOSTRO non s'arrende : vuole proseguire nelle accuse e rigetta il rigetto ( scusate la ripetizione ).
Perchè ciò avvenga, quali le nuove richieste dell' accusa, il perchè di tutto ciò, le conseguenze esosissime per la difesa, i nomi degli attori e l' esito finale saranno i driver delle future puntate.
Perchè la storia è lunga, deprimente sotto il profilo sociale, ma anche divertente !
